About Us

Jason Gardner, CPLP is an energetic and dynamic trainer with over seven years of experience in human resources and leadership development training.  He has facilitated new hire orientation, customized department training and retreats, customer service initiatives and refreshers, new leader on-boarding series, and relationship building workshops.  He has also conducted train the trainer sessions with leaders from departments including safety and security, employee relations, and food and beverage.  These sessions included effective preparation techniques, presentation and delivery skills, and PowerPoint tips.

 

Jason has written custom courses in the human resources field on sexual harassment, effective performance appraisals, and generational and cultural diversity.  He has also developed leadership courses on emotional intelligence, employee retention, recognition, and effective communication.   His novel approach to customer service helps  employees understand their role in making an experience that customers will never forget.  Jason’s studies in humanities helps bring his courses closer to the hearts and minds of those that attend.  He also creates a learning environment that is impactful and long lasting both in practicality and in application.

 

Jason is one of five CPLPs in Southern Nevada, as well as a Certified Training Manager from Langevin Learning Services, and a Master Graduate from Rapport Leadership International.  He is a member of SHRM and President-Elect for the Las Vegas Chapter of ASTD. 

 

A 19 year resident of Las Vegas, he is also a Board Member of the Citizens Police Academy Alumni North working in conjunction with the North Las Vegas Police Department.
